Sláinte (pronounced slawn-cha) means “health” in Scottish Gaelic and is commonly used as a celebratory toast in Scotland.

So raise your glasses with us as Droolworthy, The Closet Chef & THOR's Affair bring you a 7-course dinner inspired by the Land of the Brave.

One of the main stars of our Scottish-inspired night will be the Dalmore 15 Year Single Match Scotch Whisky, which will be used in preparation of some of the dishes as well as paired with the food.
