One of the kuih I grew up eating a lot is Ang Ku Kuih which is also known as Red Tortoise Cake due to the shape of the kuih. In the past the main one used to be Red but these days I have been seeing the red is being replaced with Orange colour 😆 My number one favourite Ang Ku Kuih filling is the mung bean ones. And great that nowadays we do have smaller size ones for diet control although I will be eating more too 😃
