This beautiful unit is located near to Ferringhi beach, star rated hotel (Park Royal, Hard Rock, Holiday Inn, Rasa Sayang, and ...).

The unit is fully equipment with air-condition (living room and all bedroom), TV, DVD player, gas stove, refrigerator, washing machine, boiler, rice cooker and dinning utensil. It equip with 2 queen size bed and 2 single bed. Move in condition with hotel and home feel.

Swimming pool and garden view from the unit's main balcony and master bedroom. You could enjoy the coffee with your family members or friends while seeing your kids swim and play at playground. Master room and room2 also with balcony.

Number of Person to stay: Max 6 person (max additional 2 kids below 5 years old)

Facility at the unit are swimming pool, clubhouse with table tennis, tennis, coffee garden and BBQ facility at pool side (additional charge incur if require to use BBQ facility).
