Thank you for inviting me to be a part of this meaningful event themed YogaLov: Self-love at the beautiful Queens Waterfront. Always great to meet and share the practice with like-minded yogis. Know that self-care begins with self-awareness which enables us the opportunity to tune into what we are feeling, what we need and how we can best care for ourselves.
