工作简介
我们一直在寻找合适的人选以协助客户解决在云端上的所面对的问题。通过对产品的了解以提供最适合的解决方案予客户。与传统的销售不同，我们不需要你花时间来寻找新客户因为我们的客户都来自Digital Marketing。

工作内容
1. 要明白并理解客户的需求，再策划出适合客户的方案
2. 协助客户更新即将逾期的产品和一些技术上的解答
3. 给新客户提供线上演习并教会客户如何更有效率地使用公司产品
4. 每当有产品发表会的时侯，需要协助发表会的工作
5. 针对客户的新的需求准备客制化报价
6. 由于公司产品会随着Google不断的更新，所以也需要随时注意产品的更新变动
7. 协助准备/更新相关数据资料，以供策划销售方向
8. 随时准备协助其他部门同事的工作
9. 和同事互相配合工作，为公司的成长一起做出贡献。

工作需求
1. 全职 (8:30am - 5.30pm)
2. 熟悉电脑软件，比如Gmail, words, excel 等等
3. 以华语和英语沟通为主, 以便可以更好地和华人客户沟通
4. 学历: Diploma/ Degree相关专业，欢迎社会新鲜人/ 有工作经验者。

1. RM 2,800 月薪
