Let's have this simplified version of
Air Fried Banana Muffins
Ingredients:
•150g Mashed banana
•65g Sugar
•50g Vege oil
•110g Flour
•1 Egg
•½tsp Salt
•1tsp Baking Powder
•Chocolate Chips (optional)
Methods;
1) Mashed banana , sugar , oil , egg and salt into a big bowl mixed until well combined.
2) Flour and baking powder sifted into the big bowl and mixed well .
3) Pour batter into muffin cups with 80% full and add some chocolate chip as much as you like .
3) Air fryer 130°C for 20 minutes then 180°C for 2minutes .
懒人版香蕉玛芬
成分:
•150克 香蕉泥
•65克 糖
•50克 植物油
•110克 底筋面粉
•1个 全蛋
•1/2茶匙 盐
•1茶匙 泡打粉
•巧克力片(可选)
方法;
1)将香泥、糖、油、鸡蛋和盐放入一个大碗中,搅拌均匀。
2)将面粉和泡打粉过筛入大碗中,搅拌均匀。
3)将面糊倒入80%满的松饼杯中,并根据自己的喜好添加巧克力片。
3) 空气炸锅 130°C 20 分钟,然后 180°C 2 分钟。
