The acquisition of a bungalow in Grand Thompson was his second unit after owning a Semi-D on this prime district. The owner, who is a very successful corporate executive from an international firm hoping to have an English element to blend with his elegant modern bungalow.

This was also the reason he engaged Red Land Design, other than strongly endorsed by a few influential people, he sees the potential of the firm and the young professionals whom he eager to support.
