Key Responsibilities: -
• Manage daily gym operation
• Supervise trainers / instructors
• Ensure safe use of gym equipment
• Handle member enquires, registration and customer service
• Assist in promotions

Requirements:

• Experience as a gym instructor or fitness professional
• Good knowledge of fitness programs
• Leadership and communication skills
• Self-motivated and hands on
• Relevant fitness certifications is on advantage

1) Marketing & Documentation Executive
Requirement:
* Preparing and updating sales report on Cash Flow, Sales Process and Sales Documentation on weekly basis. *Follow up documentation on new sales till to the stage of drawdown. *Preparing claim based on architect cert. *Chasing payments – cash or bank. *Liaising with lawyers and bankers on documentation. *Preparing sales files and purchaser files whenever there is new project launch. *Attending purchaser on enquiry for our projects and conclude it into sales. *Preparing application on EF line with bankers for our new projects. *Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations. *Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

2) Accounts Executives
Requirement:
*Responsible for full set of accounts (construction) *Ensure payments are completed accurately and timely manner *Solve discrepancy between purchase order and invoice *Responsible for bank / creditors reconciliation *Review report and vendor reconciliation and act on overdue open items *Develop action plans to help the team to achieve KPI *Verify and review suppliers' payments, staff commission claim and trade application prepare payments *Responsible for Tax Planning & Compliance *Attend and liaise with External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc *Perform other ad hoc assignment and task as and when requested by management (Proficiency in Mandarin is required)
