We are hiring! Shop Assistant~~
*Shop Assistant*
Job Responsibility:
- Retail assistants represent the direct contact with clients. They provide general advice to customers.
- Mengurus online seller parcel return dan parcel drop off.
- Mengurus customer enquirers mengenai courier , printing, or photocopy.
- Mengurus walk in customer parcel shipment. (DHL, PosLaju, Ninjavan, GDEX, FedEx, CITY-LINK, EMS etc)
- Greet customer and serve customer inquiries.
Job Requirements:
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel etc)
- Basic English knowledge (Email, general memo, system semua dlm English)
Working hours:
Mon-Fri: 9am to 7pm
Sat: 10am to 2pm
Sun/PH: Closed
