这堂课我们练习的主题是
Self Control（Avoiding Fighting） 🧠

老师引导孩子先停一停、想一想，
学会用理智脑去处理情绪，
把原本的冲动和愤怒，
慢慢转换成用说的沟通 💬

🎭 透过 Role Play（角色扮演），
孩子练习当遇到冲突时，
怎样冷静、怎样表达、怎样处理。
