Still in awe of the sheer elegance of Peranakan Mansion — easily one of the most opulent venues I’ve performed in.

Performing at Peranakan Mansion felt like stepping into another era of grandeur and elegance. Every corner of Peranakan Mansion feels like a living time-capsule - emerald ceramic tiles, sweeping staircases, antique hardwood furnitures, and ornate chandeliers that evoke the elegance of Peranakan golden age.

What a lovely experience to play the piano alongside Dheia. She has such a lovely and angelic voice that is so satisfying to listen to 😄

The title “DAYUNG SAMPAN” may not be too familiar with most people, but the tune on the other hand is definitely most popular among the Chinese-speaking community. They would recognise the song as 《甜蜜蜜》, made famous by Teresa Teng 邓丽君.

Here, this song is chosen to be the opening act of “Irama Nostalgia” showcase concert in Jewel Piano Lounge, Baba House Malacca.
