Rolling start from Kompleks Rakan Muda Kampar, close to 70 riders showed up at the line. Police es**rt led the riders out for about 3km, clearing the way to the main road. Everyone lined up single file on the far left, settling into rhythm. Smooth and steady.

First 25km spin to Tapah, warming up legs, breathing finding pace before the road starts to go up 40km climb to Ringlet.
