The choice of investment 🤨 (My own thoughts)

1⃣️The most familiar investment items are savings accounts and fixed deposit accounts.
Regrettably, that little bit of interest simply can't keep up with the inflation rate. 😣
At the end of the day we will be surprised that the deposit in the bank has not increased our purchasing power at all. ☹️
Our money didn't appreciate in value at all. 😩

2⃣️Invest in stocks.
It is inevitable that we have questions about the management system of listed companies.
Minority shareholders thought they could make a fortune after buying high-quality stocks, but in the end they watched their wealth go to waste and lost everything, and ended up crying without tears. 😢
When they choose to invest in stocks in the future, of course they will be extra cautious. 😭

3⃣️The third option is to invest in real estate.
Real estate is a relatively stable investment and will not fluctuate too much. 😯
Even in the very rare case of house price falls, there is still considerable cash flow. 😲
Stocks, funds and commodities are strongly affected by cyclicality.
In contrast, the rigid demand of real estate and the broad audience, real estate itself creates value. 🤔
People's daily life, whether living, industrial production, office, or used as a store, will generate demand for real estate.
Makes real estate investing a good risk-averse investment. 🤤
