A wonderful session with Ms Yeo Lee Yin (Register Nurse & Dementia Care specialist). She has successfully completed the Brain Gym 110 Presentation on using Brain Gym movements to help elderly people.

In summary, Brain gym exercises for the elderly have numerous benefits, including
