Internship Program - IT Support
IT Support Intern Responsibilities:
• Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.
• Perform software configuration on computers and laptops.
• Provide support for users to solve their IT problems via email, call, remote or onsite.
• Travel to user site from time-to-time to provide technical support if remote support is not possible.
• Assist engineers on IT projects and IT reports.
IT Support Intern Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/Software Engineering or similar field of study.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Good communication & interpersonal skill.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel.
• A strong team player.
• Able to work independently with less supervision.
• Working Location: Klang
• Internship position(s) for duration at least 3 month(s).
• Opportunities to absorb permanently after internship program.
