對戰前的準備姿勢,以蹲姿挺直背脊,維持數秒鐘的時間。而這個姿勢,其實對女性有許多好處,因此現今成為十分熱門的居家運動🙋‍♀透過每天進行蹲踞,可讓骨盆重回原先位置,預防脂肪囤積,並促進血液循環,有助於活化子宮和卵巢機能。一起來看看怎麼做吧

【💁‍♀蹲踞矯正骨盆做法】
1⃣將重心放在骨盤上,髖關節和膝蓋打開,膝蓋與腳尖朝同個方向,上半身保持挺直,肩膀放鬆。
2⃣首先維持這個姿勢5秒鐘,最重要的是保持姿勢正確。一開始使用深層肌肉可能會有點吃力,習慣之前可靠著牆壁進行。
3⃣早、中、晚各進行5秒鐘,一天三回就具有效果。
