Position: Urgent Hiring for 2 Steel Structure Plant Designers

Location: Following Project (Permanent)
Salary: To be discussed during the interview
Age: 18-55 years
Working Day/Hours: 6days a week 8am-6pm

Basic requirements include a solid understanding of steel structure design principles, proficiency in relevant design software, in-depth knowledge of building and structural engineering, and effective communication skills with clients and teams. Additionally, candidates should possess a relevant engineering or architectural design education and experience.

Operation Admin cm Receptionist!

Job Description:
•Handling incoming application and liaise with customers regarding progress of application.
•Liaise with sourcing country agents regarding progress of application and worker biodata.
•Assist customer to apply calling visa with submit workers biodata.
•Assist customer to apply new or renew work permit for sourcing country at MYEG system.
•Compile and maintain customer records by updating into database information.
•Prepare letter and documents for apply Special Pass (SP) and Check Out Memo (COM).
•Prepare worker information to buy the Foreign Worker Hospitalization & Surgical (FWHS) and Insurance Guarantee (IG).
•Prepare proposal and agreement for contract worker payroll management and work permit renewal.
•Pass the information and documents to account department for billings.
•Prepare worker information to buy Fomema and online check medical results.
•Assist site supervisor to arrange Fomema appointment with related clinics.
•Assist site supervisor for hostel and food arrangement when necessary.
•Assist on flight arrangement for workers go back country.
•Assist prepare documents for calling visa, endorsement sticker, airport clearance, police reports and etc.
•Assist to do the stamping for Insurance Guarantee (IG) and agreements.
•Liaise with customers, MYEG officer, Immigration officer regarding progress of application.
•Prepare and update reports such as arrival, run away, worker passport biodata and etc.
•Scan and update related documents copy such as police report, check out memo and etc at outsourcing share files.
•Assist on incoming / outgoing correspondence / documents.
•To undertake any ad-hoc project or any other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
