JOB VACANCY: IT Technician cm Showroom Sales Assistant
Company: SOFT COMPUTER Location: Kota Kinabalu, Sabah Status: Full-Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated individual with extensive IT knowledge to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for technical hardware/software tasks and providing excellent service to customers within our showroom.

Responsibilities:
Technical Support: Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance for laptops, desktops, and printers.

Installation: Install software and drivers, and perform custom PC building/component assembly.

Customer Service: Greet showroom customers, handle technical inquiries, and provide suitable product recommendations.

Showroom Sales: Assist with daily sales operations, manage stock organization, and ensure the showroom remains tidy and presentable.

After-Sales Service: Handle warranty claims and provide technical follow-ups for customers.

Requirements:
Education: Minimum Diploma/Certificate in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT), or a related field.

Skills: Proficient in hardware troubleshooting and Windows operating systems.

Language: Ability to communicate in Bahasa Melayu and English (Fluency in additional languages is an advantage).

Attitude: Friendly, honest, punctual, and able to work with minimal supervision.
