💡How to keep lapis for longer time:
1️⃣ Divide the cake into smaller size
2️⃣ Keep it into Freezer
3️⃣ Defrost the portion you would like to eat, left it outdoor about 1 hour
4️⃣ If you can't finish it, put them into chiller, it can last for 7-10 days.
5️⃣ This is the best way to preserve the freshness and flavored of cake.
Take Notes📝:
⛔defrost the whole cake, cut it and put it back in,
those leftovers will be defrosted multiple times before being stored, which is not the best way.
