Post check out activities such as arranging the cleaners to clean up the unit so that we can show it to the new prospect in order to rent out. However, cleaning must be done before we propose to the prospect so that they will feel more comfortable when they come for viewing.

First video created when i went to the unit for showing. Arrived 30mins earlier to switch on all the lights and airconds so that prospect will feel comfortable and impressed with the unit. Always remember that first impression is very important.☺️

It is not easy and feel uncomfortable to stand infront of the camera but at least i tried. Agents nowadays have to fully utilised digital media in order to adapt into the new norm.
