Taman Mahkota Cheras is an integrated township which offers 19 acres of life-affirming opportunities - to create the ideal home; raise a happy family; be part of a thriving community and enjoy nature's beautiful bounty. Comprise with 2 clusters; Tiara and Ruby, this masterpiece was designed as such, creating conducive platforms that facilitate interactions between a town's residence.
To us, a town is a community. Built with that in mind, and in respect of nature, it involves services, connectivity, infrastructures, landscapes and softscapes.

AL-FATIH RESIDENCE | Mantin | 2020
Al- Fatih residence is a major renovation for semi-detached house located in Taman Kayangan, Negeri Sembilan. The main idea is to bring the nature outside into the house and creating a breathable lively ambience. The house is divided into 2 zoning, ground floor is designed for semi-private space while 1st and 2nd floor are for private activities. The front facade was designed by using clay brick that provide a good thermal insulation effect with an interlude arrangement that can allow the movement of air throughout the house. There is a private indoor pool behind the clay facade requested by client that has been placed there to enhance the cooling effect inside the house.

PADI HOUSE | Sekinchan | 2020
This private residence adjacent to Jalan Parit Enam, Sekinchan, is an attempt to explore on modern tropical design approach with rational bare concrete and brick box massing. This 300-square-meter Padi House rises into the rainforest canopy, sited peacefully and harmony with the wildness of its rice field setting -a secluded hideaway for this young business owner to retreat from the city and connect with the natural landscape.
