5. 餐飲業的潛規則數不清：喝酒、抽菸、應酬、社交⋯我卻選擇全部拒絕。我不喝、不抽、不收禮。有人說我裝清高，有人笑我傻，甚至有人暗諷我難相處。我心裡卻知道，我不是怕輸，我是怕回到那個失控的自己，我沒有必要為了迎合他人失去堅持的底線。

Indulged in a premium Wagyu experience at Wagyu and Rice 🥩✨
Tried the 100% Hamburger Steak made with Champion A5 Shimomuragyu Wagyu—super rich marbling, tender texture, and packed with flavour.

Also had the Wagyu & Foie Gras Rice with egg yolk 🍳 and the Wagyu Pattie Japanese Curry Udon 🍛

The patty was perfectly seared, juicy and flavourful, while the foie gras was beautifully cooked. The curry udon was comforting and well-balanced—paired so nicely with the Wagyu.
