Protein crazy meal! Our body need protein to help repair cells and make new ones. It drives metabolic reactions, maintains pH and fluid balance, and keeps the immune system strong.
The current recommended protein intake is 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight a day for adults over 18.
Do make sure you are getting your protein from healthy sources such as organic meats, nuts and seeds, organic eggs, legumes and whole grains.
