Let’s explore the art of balance between power and grace with Kevin & Yeong Lee from at OMTogether Yoga Festival this 27 April 2024!
Kevin & Yeong Lee will lead a 90-min Special Class ‘Harmonizing Power & Grace in Vinyasa’ focusing on guiding you to find a sense of flow and harmony in Vinyasa practice.

Learn to harness the power of the versatile ujjayi breath and connect them with yoga movements in a creative sequence that encompasses a myriad of categories. Expect to breakdown some common misconception to vinyasa movements and enhance your body’s ability to move effectively from simple to challenging postures alike.

Modifications of poses will be offered to accommodate students of different levels, allowing everyone to find their own balance between power and grace on the mat!
