Garden of Grapes is a dessert built entirely around the Japanese Muscat in its two expressions: the green, fragrant and floral; the red, deeper and sweeter.

This was the close of the Father's Day Omakase at Sushi Taka. A garden, offered to the men who planted a few of their own — in us, in the people they raised, in the quiet things they tended without ever calling it that.
