Just tell us what you want, you’ll get it. So, give us credits…is it good or what? An easy-to-follow patisserie course and a collection of recipes to deal with chocolate in its many forms… SPLENDID!!

Wait!! Our passion doesn’t stop there. Eating and teaching is not enough. We suppliessssssssss…..what? Chocolate fillings, homemade genache, chocolate blocks…everything…ingredients that you want for your chocolate. Hold on…hold on…do you have to measure? With our recipes, of course NO. We want to make your life easy. Go home, pour everything into a bowl, mix it..it’s ready…you will only have to design. Isn’t it easy or what?
