Aman RA

MACP is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Aman RA as a Director of the Company, effective 28 April 2026 following a casual vacancy on the Board.

This appointment has been made in accordance with MACP’s Articles of Association and the applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2016 governing the filling of board vacancies.

Mr Aman RA will serve as Director until the next Annual General Meeting, where his appointment will be subject to the retirement and re-election process in accordance with the Articles of Association and the provisions of the Companies Act 2016.
