Faulty alternator stator coil
Main killer:-
Low quality bearings
(95% from recond /copy alternators)
Referring to previous post, not to damage your original terminal's clamp. More than 80% over 10 yrs cars has this problem.
Sample of over-tightening. Fortunately I can salvage this as it's not too serious.
Note: Do not put in screw. It looks terrible and bad contact.
