Facade lighting of KL East Mall was commissioned sometime early in 2020 just a few weeks before the lock down. The mall is now operational since middle of last year. The facade lighting facing the Middle Ring Road consists mainly RGBW linear uplighters strategically located at the based of the aluminium facade. The building was designed by SAA Arkitek and managed by Turner Construction. Developer is Sime Darby Properties.

Merdeka 118, the world's second tallest tower, will surpass 644m tall upon spire completion | New Straits Times Malaysia will set another world record when its megatall structure, Merdeka 118, is completed in the third quarter of next year at nearly 700 metres above sea level.

A crystalline tower over 600 metres in height, Merdeka 118 will house purpose-built offices and a six-star hotel, topped by a dual-level observation deck and restaurant. Merdeka 118 project back on track after MCO delays | New Straits Times KUALA LUMPUR: Phase 1 and 2 of Permodalan Nasional Bhd’s (PNB) iconic Merdeka 118 precinct are expected to be ready by the second quarter (Q2) of 2022 instead of end 2021 as initially targeted, following delays caused by the Movement Control Order in light of Covid-19.

We are currently involved with the Merdeka PNB 118 with our partner lighting designer Fischer Marantz & Stones NY. This prestigious project is in advance stage of completion scheduled for early 2021. Once completed it shall be the second tallest megatall structure after the Burj Khalifa in Dubai.
