Dear guests,

We are excited to kick off our STUDIO & FRIENDS series for 2026 with

Good friends & are cooking together for one night only on Wednesday 15th April. We’ll be showcasing some of the ingredients & flavours that define Dewakan’s philosophy, paired with our own European proteins & sensibility.

A hybrid of cooking styles making it a unique dinner.

We’ll serve a 7 course tasting menu with snacks; beverage pairing by & (a non alcoholic pairing will also be offered).

Dinner & drinks is 940++ per person.

Due to the nature of this event we cannot accommodate dietary restrictions.

Roasted & pressed bean curd tartlet, a base of avocado crème fraîche followed by diced hamachi mixed with an aguachili jelly made from local citrus’s & habaneros.
Finished with a generous amount of keluga caviar & Spanish olive oil. An unintentional Mexican outcome.
