This time, we worked with a group of senior leaders through carefully curated activities, including the Mount Everest case study, sparking deep conversations around leadership in crisis and navigating uncertainty together.

This intensive 2-day program focused on encouraging senior executives to strengthen ex*****on, decision-making, talent development, teamwork, and innovation — while staying grounded in people-centered leadership principles and behaviours.

We had a great time while doing a recce at one of the largest and longest caves in Peninsular Malaysia!

Gua Tempurung Adventure Exploration Vlog – Gopeng, Perak

Jay Team Building had the privilege of leading a team-building program for one of the largest companies in Penang, working closely with the senior team of their plant and division. The program took place on the beautiful island of Langkawi.
