Weekend project - A success🥰

Sometimes some creations arrive unexpectedly.

After making Tulip soaps, there were little remnants left behind - swirls of goat’s milk soap and some natural mica powder that I couldn’t bear to waste.

So I kept creating. These floral 3D soaps grew from those remaining pieces, each one carrying the same freshness and softness. Memories of grandma and her tulip embroidery continued to return.
Perhaps that is why I’m drawn to flowers in handmade things -
they remind me that beauty can be quiet, gentle and lovingly made by hand.
