I emphasis a lot on and to my clients, in that should be a part of your lifestyle and in fact done to enhance your quality of life. Diet however should not be restricted but performed with informed decisions. Know what effect it will bring to your body, to your , can it wait (say til the weekend?), how can it be adjusted to best suit your lifestyle? You do you, what’s best to have a you, in line with your lifestyle (considering your work schedule, family, obligations and priorities) or a lifestyle you want to achieve 🤗
Here’s for the many of you who have bought at home and wanna in your big T like me here 🤣🙈 ! Try these 3 exercises back to back as a to burn 🔥 fat and improve functional movements:
1. Single arm dumbbell swing to press x15 reps each arm
2. Side plank knee to elbow + rotation x10 reps each side
3. Bicep curls with twist x 12 reps

Let’s talk about combination 👉🏼 combining 2 or more exercises in one repetition. I like to incorporate them as they can be super fun and effective for quick a , burning more calories and stimulating more muscle group at one go. This video here is an example - working my lower and upper body as well as my all at once 😉
