• To provide platform for graduates to be interviewed by potential
employers and helping employers to scout for potential talents
• To identify graduates competency gaps and facilitate talent intervention

Programme Concept
================

1. The purpose of this
initiative is to provide a
platform for graduates
who have attended the
“Employability Boot
Camp” pilot programme
to be interviewed by
potential employers in
one session.

2. The pilot programme is
an initiative by
employers, training
providers and Graduate
Advocates, supported
by TalentCorp, to assist
graduates in increasing
their employability
through relevant
training to prepare them
for hiring.

3. At the end of the boot
camp, employers will
hold interviews for
these graduates and
offer placement to
successful candidates.

4. For graduates who are
unable to receive any
employment offers, they
will be channelled to
GEMS programmes
based on their skill set
and level of
competencies
