📌 Addressing customer billing inquiries through various channels, including live chat, tickets, and phone calls, and ensuring timely resolutions to their issues.
📌 Managing accounts payable and receivable, including verifying transactions, to ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.
📌 Collaborating with external partners, such as accountant, auditor, and regulatory authorities, as needed.
📌 Assisting the HR department with the recruitment process, including the preparation of necessary documentation and coordination with HR.
📌 Performing general administrative tasks as required, such as record, data entry, and order office supplies.
📌 Additionally, you may be assigned other related tasks to support the smooth operation of our web hosting services.

📌 Prepare and submit timely and accurate tax returns, including corporate tax, sales and service tax (SST), and employee withholding tax.
📌 Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
📌 Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.
📌 Conduct regular internal audits and support external audit processes.
📌 Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
📌 Liaise with external partners, such as auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities, as required.
📌 Support management in financial decision-making by providing accurate and timely financial information and analysis.
