11th Bite of the Day .
1️⃣ Recently, we are talking about a interesting topic “Why parent have such an deep impact on children?” I remembered reading this from a novelist. Many thinks when adult look after children, they always thought they care. And children always are into their own world and paying less attention to the adult..
2️⃣ The Novelist said, it is just the opposite. Think about it, all resources came from adult to the children. What time to go to bed, what to eat, what to learn etc… It is right to describe as children is the captive in the camp, and adult is the guard. .
3️⃣ Now give it a thought, in a camp, do you think captive pay attention to the move of the guard, or the opposite? The answer is the opposite. Because the captive need to watch it real carefully for what the guard is going to do, just in order to survive better. ..
So, most adult under-estimate the attention from their children, and also too lightly they took it for the simple tiny move they made that impacted their children....

9th Bite of the Day .
1️⃣ Last few days i was sick. Few ask me, you insist to write 3 post per day, what happen if you are sick? There you go, chinese said, you get what you afraid. .
2️⃣ Well, when you are sick. You need rest. Thats what this systematic society agreed on. Thats how the sick leave system is implemented in corporate. But we all know, because there is a system, it allowed people to "make use" of the system. .
3️⃣ I was aware of an interesting post by a lecturer in US. He said, when im having my first semester lecturing class at 8am in the morning, just within that month, many students claimed they need to be absent as their grandparent, grandunlce, grandwhoever has passed away. So i decide to change the class to 3pm, and no one die. Thats how i save life. This sound so familiar in my country if anyone of you know what i mean. .
So, in conclusion, sick is a fact. But deep inside out heart, we know what kinda sickness can be an excuse to get out of job, and which sickness do not delay our job. There's always two account in our heart. .

8th Bite of the Day .
1️⃣ In the 80th, New York is a definite crime paradise. .
2️⃣ New Mayor Giuliani comes up with 2 solutions to improve NY. No.1, put all those passenger without ticket for subway in jail. No.2, clear out all graffiti on the street. Sound useless right? How can this help NY city? But later, crime rate go down incredibly. .
3️⃣ But why?? Take a moment to think about it. No one is born good guy or bad-ass, but the environment created them. A bad boy on the street, all of a suddent didnt recognize the street where they used to be so familiar with, suddenly become damn clean and neat, his interest to continue being a bad-ass went down out of the blue. And all of a sudden, he realize he actually become a gentleman to queue up and get a ticket for subway.... deep inside his heart, probably starting to have conflict whether to continue bad-assing. .
Recall what my favourite Principal Mr.Li Xi Gui famous saying. "What we need to do, is not to identify whos the devil whos the angel, but to try our best to put the devil inside our heart to sleep, and awakening the Angel to dance." Love it..

#4 4th Bite of the Day.
Recently read an article by Wan Jian regarding job interview. He said, if the interview ask you, how many Taxi there is in Shanghai?...
1. If my answer is "how am i suppose to know?" - All right, now you are caught for not having thinking ability. The interview is over. i los in attitude....
2. If i seriouly think about it and answer "I guess around 1 millions Taxi in Shanghai?" - Now i am caught for simply giving an answer without fact finding. The interview is over. i lose in thinking....
3. But if i answer "There are 20 millions population in Shanghai, among that 10% are using Taxi everyday. Taxi can serve 20 customer per day, according to this calculation, i predict that Shanghai has 100k Taxi?...
So now, you can see that my estimation is full of bu****it, but the interviewer judged that im someone with brain and thinking. So chances, i might get the JOB....
Conclution: Knowing the answer is not important, attitude toward facing the question is the K.E.Y
