[February 2025 Completed Project] Corporate Office Design in a reimagined shoplots, Kuching.

The arrival is intentional.

As you move up the stairs, a vertical feature wall with soft linear lighting draws your eyes upward—stretching the space and quietly setting the tone before you even step into the office.

The deep red carpet adds a sense of exclusivity, guiding you forward with a subtle, almost cinematic feel. On both sides, black tinted glass frames the journey—offering privacy while creating a more compressed, intimate transition from outside to inside.

It’s not just about entering a space, but how the space reveals itself to you, step by step.

Sarawak Shooting Range

Refurbishment and Upgrading works to the existing Sarawak Shooting Range in preparation for SUKMA 2024.

Works included repairing existing structures, upgrading facilities, and improving overall usability to the required standard of the sport.

Facilities included:

[2024 Completed Project] URDA Office （External Work), Kapit.

We are proud to announce the completion of the external work for the URDA Office Kapit. The facade now features durable composite panels and custom motif details, combining modern architecture with cultural identity. A successful transformation that reflects both function and design excellence.

Built for the community - a lively space for food, flavours, and everyday connections.

A riverside marketplace with 58 dry stalls, 8 wet stalls, and an upper-floor food court. Through a passive design approach that harnesses natural light and ventilation, the market enhances comfort while supporting daily trade, dining, and community life.
