With decades of experience across international kitchens and a long-standing connection to Malaysia’s dining scene, Chef Chris presents a menu shaped by bold flavours, refined technique and a deep appreciation for good food.

Our 𝐒𝐞𝐚𝐟𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐜 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐚 is a beautiful Mother’s Day main for those who enjoy something a little rich, yet still well composed.

Paired with cooked sunchoke buttered emulsion, kale, burrata and crispy sunchoke, the dish feels creamy, savoury and gently layered, with freshness from the greens and a light crunch to bring it all together.
