A meaningful community initiative is set to take place at SJK Chung Hua No.2 on 2 May 2026, bringing together blood donation, charity support, and free health screening under one roof.

Organised in collaboration with the SGH Blood Bank, this event goes beyond a typical blood drive. It aims to encourage the public not only to donate blood, but also to contribute essential items to support vulnerable communities.

Several charitable organisations will benefit from the initiative, including Hope Place Kuching, SOS Children's Villages Malaysia, PERKATA Sarawak, and Persatuan Amal QC.

Members of the public are encouraged to take part by donating blood, contributing essential goods, and undergoing complimentary health screenings — small acts that can make a significant difference in the lives of others.
