MENCARI TEMAN BERSENAM

Ajak lah kawan2 atau ahli keluarga bersenam bersama.. Pasti lebih menyeronokkan!

ADUH.. BARU JER LEPAS BREKPES.. KENAPA LAPAR LAGI?

Dalam situasi ni, minumlah secukupnya air.. Dlm satu hari, at least minum 2.5 or 3 liter air...
Anda juga boleh amalkan SNACKING in between lunch (10.30pagi) dan between dinner (3.30ptg).. Snacking yg baik seperti buah2an, kekacang, yogurt low fat pun boleh... No hal...

Just nak share mcm mana lunch saya sepanjang program MKO ☺️
Xda lah susah... Its better than buying lunch at restaurant or Panda.. Hehehe... Also, jimat bah 😅

Separuh - Sayur & buah (fibre)
