SIB Grace - BEM Grace

Using Acts 28 and Paul gathering sticks for the fire as an illustration, Elder Edward teaches that although others may ignite spiritual passion in someone’s life, each believer must personally maintain that fire through prayer, Scripture reading, and intimacy with God. The congregation is urged to return to their “first love” for Christ, remembering the excitement and passion they once had when they first encountered God’s grace. The speaker closes by recalling earlier days of diligently studying and marking up the Bible, encouraging believers to rekindle that same hunger and devotion again.
