A Sweet Visit from UCSI University Sarawak Campus ๐๐น
We were delighted to welcome the lecturer and students from UCSI University Sarawak, under the Cultural and Culinary Art subject, to our Roselle garden!
It was a joy to introduce them to the wonders of Roselle โ from plant to plate. Students had hands-on experience harvesting the Roselle flowers, deseeding, and making Roselle jam from scratch.
The visit ended on a sweet note with a sumptuous tea break featuring our Roselle Juice, Roselle Cheese Banana Cake, Roselle Jelly, and our crowd-favourite Kuih Pandan. ๐
