✅ e-Invoice 第4阶段
政府同意 延长过渡期至 12 个月
📅 2026年1月1日 – 2026年12月31日
在过渡期内，企业（尤其是中小微企业）可：
✔ 使用 合并 e-Invoice（Consolidated e-Invoice）
✔ 自开账单（Self-Billed e-Invoice）可合并申报
✔ 商品 / 服务描述 可灵活填写
✔ 过渡期内不罚款（前提：税务仍如实申报）
🧱 建筑材料批发与零售特别安排（2026年起）
🔹 交易超过 RM10,000
🔹 或 客户主动要求 e-Invoice
👉 才需要开立 e-Invoice
👉 其他交易 可合并处理
📌 减轻商家负担，同时让企业有足够时间准备。

✅ e-Invoice Phase 4
The Government has approved a 12-month transition period
📅 1 January 2026 – 31 December 2026
During the transition period, businesses may:
✔ Issue Consolidated e-Invoices
✔ Submit Consolidated Self-Billed e-Invoices
✔ Use flexible product or service descriptions
✔ No penalties imposed, provided tax compliance is maintained
🧱 Special Arrangement for Building Materials Sector (From 2026)
🔹 e-Invoice is required only if:
Transaction value exceeds RM10,000, or
The buyer requests an e-Invoice
👉 Other transactions may be consolidated
📌 This helps reduce compliance burden while allowing sufficient preparation time.
