Our client, Hock Seng Lee produced a video tour of their latest showhouse inside La Promenade, featuring our Duplex Resort design. This resort-themed home is part of La Promenade’s third phase, — a 200acre gated community by HSL.

Planning showcases linear landscape strips attached to every Duplex Plot making every Duplex Unit external corner units with direct connections to the communal open space. With back to back attachment between 2 units, these Duplexes showcase “Detached” like units on approach.

Uniquely, they are designed to promote Multi-generational living where Parents’ Rooms with Elderly Friendly bathrooms are conveniently located on the Ground Floor.
