📢 FORM E (BORANG E) – EMPLOYER TAX FILING REMINDER

All employers in Malaysia are required to submit Form E to Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia (LHDN) every year.

🗓 Deadline:
• 31 March (manual submission)
• 30 April (e-Filing via MyTax)

📌 Who Must Submit?
✔️ Companies
✔️ Partnerships
✔️ Sole proprietors with employees
✔️ Dormant companies (even if no business activity)

📋 Purpose of Form E:
• Declare total number of employees
• Report total remuneration paid
• Confirm total MTD/PCB tax deductions

📎 Important Documents:
• Form EA – Must be issued to employees by 28 February
• CP8D – Detailed employee salary breakdown (submitted together with Form E)

⚠️ Important Notes:
• If CP8D was submitted earlier via e-Data Praisi (before 25 February), no need to resubmit.
• Failure to submit is an offence under Section 120(1)(b) of the Income Tax Act 1967.
• Late submission may result in fines ranging from RM200 to RM20,000 or imprisonment.
