✨ From years of mid-back pain and stiffness… to moving and breathing better again.
Agatha had been struggling with persistent mid-back pain due to thoracic facet syndrome for several years. As the pain worsened, even simple house chores became difficult, and her posture gradually became more slouched—affecting her breathing and daily activities.
Through a personalized rehabilitation program, we focused on:
✅ Manual therapy to reduce muscle tightness
✅ Mobilizing stiff thoracic joints
✅ Clinical Pilates to improve posture, retrain diaphragmatic breathing, and strengthen her core muscles
🌟 Today, Agatha is back to doing her house chores pain-free and moving with greater comfort and confidence. Sometimes, chronic back pain is more than just “muscle soreness.” With the right assessment and targeted rehab approach, recovery is possible.
A huge thank you to Agatha for trusting us on her recovery journey, and to PT Rachel for guiding her along the way. 💪

Our physiotherapist, Hazrina, shared how targeted exercises can help manage pelvic pain in endometriosis.
💡 The right exercises can:
✔️ Reduce pain sensitivity
✔️ Improve pelvic floor function
✔️ Restore movement confidence
Not all exercises are the same — and guidance matters.
✨ With the right approach, movement becomes empowering, not fearful. If you’ve been dealing with pelvic pain, you don’t have to navigate it alone.
🥗 It’s not just what you feel — it’s also what you fuel.
A valuable session on how nutrition helps to control endometriosis symptoms and pain — something we often discuss alongside rehab.
💡 Many symptoms like inflammation, fatigue, and pain can be influenced by daily habits — especially what we eat.
From the session, Ms Wong Chu Ann —
Dietitian shared key dietary focus areas such as:
✔️ Supporting hormonal balance through food choices
✔️ Reducing inflammation with the right nutrients
✔️ Building sustainable, realistic eating habits
Because managing endometriosis isn’t just about treatment — it’s about what you do daily, on your plate.
