17 year old male non local unknown vaccination history
Sore throat past 1 week,with swelling of neck malaise,odynophagia.
On examination noted greyish white patch on pharynx, throat injected.
Cervical lymphadenopathy
Bull neck appearence with neck extension.
Referred to hospital Tro Diphteria.
