终于在客户指定的5个月期限内圆满完工并顺利交付。✨

这间屋龄接近20年的房子，之前也经历过两次大型装修。为了确保扩建后的结构安全性，我们在拆除房屋后半段后，特别聘请 C & S Engineer 进行结构评估与绘图，再正式展开扩建工程。

在施工前，我们也与客户进行了多次沟通与讨论，并提供完整的：

🏡 Single Storey Terrace House Extension & Interior Renovation
Successfully completed and handed over within the client’s targeted 5-month timeline. ✨

This house is nearly 20 years old and had gone through two major renovations previously. Before proceeding with the extension works, we engaged a C & S Engineer to conduct structural drawings and assessments after the demolition stage, ensuring the overall structural safety of the house.

Prior to construction, we had several discussions with our client to better understand their lifestyle needs and expectations. We also prepared a complete set of:

✔ 3D Drawings
✔ M & E Layout Plan
✔ Construction Drawings

to ensure the client clearly understood every detail before the work began.
