This October, we are joining forces to promote Mental Health Awareness Month at Riam Educational Group. Mental health is an essential part of our overall well-being, and itโs time we break the silence, reduce stigma, and encourage open conversations about it.
Mental health challenges affect people of all ages, backgrounds, and walks of life. By raising awareness, we aim to create a supportive community where everyone feels empowered to take care of their mental health, reach out for support, and offer help to those in need.
