Vacancy Available:
1. Billing and Inventory Clerk (Kuala baram, Miri) - RM1500

Requirement:
• SPM, Diploma or Equivalent

• Having experience in Billing & Administrative task.

• Fluency in Malay for effective communication with colleagues.

• Proficiency in Computer Software such as SQL Accounting, Word & Excel.

• Based at Kuala Baram, Miri.

Preference:

• Have Positive attitude and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and managers to solve billing & inventory related problem.

• Basic ability to read/ speak English, Chinese.

• Fast learner, Responsible and Trustworthy

Main Responsibility:
1. Billing Management: Handle billing processes, including Delivery Orders, sales invoices, Cash Sales records, and Petty Cash fund maintenance.

2. inventory Monitoring: Oversee loading to ensure accurate delivery quantities, record serial numbers for tire casings, and ensure correct outbound data entry.

3. Customer Service: Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.

4. Accounts Receivable: Prepare cash sales debt lists and follow up for timely payments.

5. Inventory Coordination: Ensure physical inventory matches records and manage stock issue documentation such as tyre.
